In order to enter GPYC, you will need to have pre-approval from an owner, and the owner will be notified. If you are interested in visiting Grassy Point to view real estate, you will need to be escorted on the property at all times by a realtor, and the property will need to be listed for sale on the MLS.

Directions from Florida I-75 Exit #167
- Take I-75 to Exit #167 (Harborview Rd/CR-776)
- Head west on Harborview Rd/CR-776
- Stay straight to go onto Edgewater Dr (crossing over RT-41)
- Turn Left onto Cousley Dr
- Continue for 3/10 of a mile
- The entrance to Grassy Point is on the right
